Bruce Simons, Principal
Bruce Simons is a principal of Simons Real Estate Group who oversees its owned assets and joint ventures. In this capacity, he manages development, financing, acquisition and disposition activities on portfolio properties, including apartments, office buildings, retail, and residential developments.
Bruce attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for The Hartford Stage and chairs the Facilities Committee. He serves on the Board of Regents and Executive Committee of The University of Hartford and chairs the Physical Plant Committee. Bruce also serves on the Boards of Hebrew Health Care and The Hartford Dispensary.
