Carl Wilson directs asset and property management operations for the Simons Real Estate Group in Texas. In that position, he is responsible for leasing, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning
Over the last 17 years, Carl has managed over 6,000 apartment homes in Texas, and has managed up to 150 employees at any given time. Carl is a member of the Houston Apartment Association, Dallas Apartment Association, San Antonio Apartment Association, Austin Apartment Association, and the Texas Apartment Association.
Recently, Carl was instrumental in the 1031 exchange of 1,492 Class A apartments in Houston and Round Rock on behalf of a client.
