Mariann Saltus, Controller
Mariann Saltus joined the Simons Real Estate Group in June, 1992 as a Senior Accountant, and currently serves as the company’s Controller.
Mrs.Saltus' primary function is to insure the company's financial integrity of the accounting reports to internal and external management. Other financial functions she performs include risk management, cash management, tax preparation and 401K compliance. Mariann also manages the company’s technology, and it is under her direction that Simons Real Estate Group is on the leading edge on technology and is able to provide its clients with unsurpassed reporting capabilities.
Prior to joining Simons Real Estate Group, Mariann worked for a West Hartford based Public Accounting Firm for three years, where she specialized in financial reporting, auditing and tax preparation.
Mariann graduated from Central Connecticut State University in May, 1989.
