Mark Gassner, Director of Development
Mark Gassner has worked with Simons Real Estate Group since 1991. As Director of Development, he is responsible for the development of the company’s new projects, including acquisitions, planning, the approval process and construction. Over the last 20 years, he has developed numerous commercial and residential projects.
Prior to beginning his development career, Mr. Gassner practiced law in Hartford, CT, where he was the managing partner of a large firm, and where he specialized in real estate. Mr. Gassner is a graduate of Yale College, and Yale Law School.
