Neil Godfrey, Director of Leasing
Neil Godfrey has worked at the Simons Real Estate Group since 1994. Mr. Godfrey has general responsibility for leasing the entire company portfolio of office space. His specific responsibilities include tenant procurement, retention, expansion and lease negotiations. He is the point of contact from the initial property inspection through occupancy. Some of Mr. Godfrey’s recent transactions have been executed with GMAC, JP Morgan Chase, Day, Berry & Howard, and The Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. Mr. Godfrey has also represented Pfizer, Inc. in the acquisition of land for an employee daycare center.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Godfrey was Vice President of The Metro Realty Group in Farmington, CT where he was responsible for the sale and lease of bank owned property managed by The Metro Realty Group.
Mr. Godfrey graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1988. He is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of The Greater Hartford Board of Realtors.
