Simons REG Brokers 53,000sf in Farmington, CT

Simons Real Estate Group was the sole broker in a recent ten (10) year office lease between Farmington Savings Bank and AJ & S Associates II, LLC, at the property located at 1 Farmglen Boulevard, Farmington, CT. Farm Glen Executive Park consists of 1 and 3 Farmglen Boulevard with a total of approximately 120,000 square feet. Simons Real Estate Group is the original owner and developer of 1 and 3 Farmglen Boulevard .
Farmington Savings Bank will occupy approximately 53,000 square feet as their new corporate headquarters office. The move will consolidate seven of the bank’s corporate departments into one location, with occupancy planned for the fourth quarter.
