Simons Real Estate Group Announces Three New Leases at Corporate Center West Totaling 6954 square feet.

Simons Real Estate group welcomes attorney Vincent DeAngelo to Corporate Center West. Attorney DeAngelo moved from Hartford to Corporate Center West and will occupy 2107 square feet for five years. Simons Real Estate handled the transaction exclusively.
Retirement Visions, LLC is another tenant moving to Corporate Center West, this time from Farmington. Retirement Visions, LLC will occupy 1316 square feet for five years. Simons Real Estate was the only broker involved in the transaction.
MidCap Business Credit is another tenant recently signing a new lease at Corporate Center West. MidCap previously leased 1700 square feet and has now expanded to 3531 square feet. Simons is pleased to continue its relationship with this tenant and exclusively handled the transaction.
