TD Banknorth Extends Lease at Towncenter

Simons Real Estate Group recently announced the extension of TD Banknorth’s lease for its’ retail space at Towncenter. TD Banknorth, which occupies 3860 square feet of retail space, has been a tenant at the property for over ten years. Simons Real Estate Group handled the transaction in house.
